Terms of Service
Last updated: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the products, website, and related services provided by Pedro, an independent developer.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using the products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or purchase the products.
1. Seller Information
- Seller and Developer: Pedro
- Status: Independent developer
- Email: dahldeacon1988@outlook.com
The seller’s verified geographic address is maintained for legal, tax, payment-processing, and regulatory purposes. A personal residential address is not publicly displayed on this website.
Where disclosure of a geographic address is required by applicable law, the verified address will be provided to the relevant customer, authority, payment provider, or other legally authorized person upon request.
For legal notices, please contact:
dahldeacon1988@outlook.com
2. License and Access
While your subscription is active, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pedro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the products covered by your plan, for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the products or any intellectual property rights to you.
Access is tied to an active subscription. Products you have already downloaded may continue to be used after your subscription ends, under this license; access to the library itself, including downloading a product again, ends with your subscription.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, the applicable product license, or written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the products;
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the products;
- Circumvent access controls or other technical restrictions;
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, license, or proprietary notices; or
- Use the products for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party components, the original content, modifications, features, integrations, user interface, documentation, and other materials relating to the products are owned by Pedro or the applicable rights holder.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
4. Third-Party Components
The products may include, incorporate, or depend on third-party assets, libraries, frameworks, tools, APIs, services, or other components.
Such components remain subject to their own copyright notices, licenses, and terms of use. Applicable license texts and attribution information may be included in the product files, documentation, or files such as LICENSE, NOTICE, or THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.
If a third-party license conflicts with these Terms, that third-party license will prevail with respect to the relevant component.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Access to the paid library is sold as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period.
You may cancel at any time from the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access continues until then. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — see the Refund Policy.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information. Prices and applicable charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Depending on your location and applicable law, taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
6. Acceptable Use
You must use the products in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and contractual obligations.
You must not use the products to:
- Conduct unlawful or fraudulent activities;
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Distribute malware or harmful content;
- Circumvent security or access controls; or
- Violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
7. Updates and Changes
The products may be updated, modified, added, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. Contents, formats, and technical requirements may change.
These Terms and the plans and prices on this website may also be updated from time to time. A price change does not affect a period you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it. The updated version of these Terms will be published on this website and will take effect upon publication, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
PEDRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
You are responsible for evaluating the products, maintaining appropriate backups, and determining whether the products are suitable for your intended use.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEDRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEDRO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Termination
Your license and access may terminate automatically if you materially breach these Terms or the applicable license terms.
On termination for breach, you must stop using the products and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required by law.
If your subscription simply ends or is cancelled, this section does not apply: products you downloaded while subscribed may be kept and used under Section 2, and access to the library ends.
11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the transaction and do not affect any mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any statutory right or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
